DataDay plans are charged per seat. If you are on the Free plan, you can add users to your account for free. If you are on a paid plan, you will be charged for all collaborators who have edit permissions to at least one database in your account. No charges will apply for read-only collaborators. Charges are prorated: collaborators with edit permissions added partway through the month will only be charged for the days they were collaborators.

DataDay has plans to help teams of all sizes. Our Free plan is available to teams at no cost and provides the key features to help you build your database. The Free plan is free forever and best for small teams or those with light workloads. Our paid plans offer additional power and scale for growing teams as their needs get more complex.

You own your data.

Importing data from spreadsheets is easy. Simply copy and paste from your spreadsheet into your database fields. You can also upload Comma Separated Value files (CSV). Then you can choose how to move the data into your database tables.

Our individual plan is available at no cost to get started. For teams who like the features of our Free plan but need more storage, our Plus plan is available for $10/seat. Our Business plan costs $20/seat and includes the customization and team management features that fast moving teams and organizations need. Plans are per workspace, not per account. You can upgrade one workspace, and still have any number of free workspaces.

If you reach record, attachments, or file storage limits, you’ll still be able to use your applications. We’ll let you know about the overage, and give you options to make adjustments!

An application is a collection of related tables, often reflecting a single project, process, or workflow that you collaborate on with your team. For example, you could make an application to organize your sales process, with forms for sales leads, companies, and deal opportunities. Each form contains records (similar to rows in a spreadsheet), which represent the individual objects, ideas, or people that you’re tracking. You’re free to create as many applications as you’d like in our paid plans.

In our paid plans, we don’t limit the number of applications you can create, we do limit records, attachment space, and file storage per application. On the individual plan, we limit the total number of records you can have across all forms in a application. We also limit the total amount of application attachments and file space you can use in an application. You can increase these limits by upgrading to one of our paid plans or adding records, attachment or file space to any paid plan.
